The challenge

Utamingen is an exciting team building competition in a mountain environment. With just a backpack, a map and a few simple tools, participants will have to solve a variety of tricky tasks. In total, there are about 50 tasks to be solved, but not all of them can be solved in the time available to the participants. The challenges consist of fun exercises, tricky questions, interactive photo missions and challenging construction tasks. Teams must therefore decide what they can do, have time to do and, above all, must do to have a chance of winning the golden trophy. When the time is up, we round up all the fun anecdotes from the competition and hand out a golden trophy to the winners!
If the weather is bad, we can also do this fully indoors.
