We are in a continued expansion phase with the need for both event guides and specialized adventure guides at all 4 destinations.
A basic rule is that we hold job interviews in the spring during March / April for the summer season that starts April 1 or May 1.
For the winter season, most interviews are held in September / October.
But in principle, you can apply for our services all year round because we always need good employees.

Project & Activity Manager in Stockholm:

Puls is looking for a committed and positive person who wants to work with events and activities full time during the winter period. As part of our team in Stockholm, you will have the opportunity to run projects, lead team building activities and much more.
We are looking for people who:
- Likes to work with people
- Is flexible, adventurous and wants to develop
- Have a B driving license (requirement)
- Experience or training in outdoor recreation (meritorious)
About the service:

Puls is looking for more dedicated guides to join our dream team in Stockholm! We organize various events and activities – one day we lead a team building activity in a city environment, the next day we are at a mansion.
We are looking for people who:
- Likes to work with people
- Is positive, flexible and willing to develop
- Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as we have many international participants.
- Have a B driving license (requirement)
Service:
- Activity leaders – no formal training required
Employment:

We are looking for wilderness and snowmobile guides for Funäsfjällen

Puls Fjällaktiviteter is currently expanding and is now looking for three wilderness guides (certified under the Fjälledaren standard) and three snowmobile guides for our operations in Bruksvallarna and Tänndalen.
With us, you’ll get to work alongside a dedicated team that prioritizes safety, quality, and hospitality.
We create experiences that our guests will remember long after they’ve left the mountains—and we’re looking for guides who want to be part of that journey.
About the Position
The work is varied and rewarding. You’ll work both independently and alongside your colleagues, and you’ll have the opportunity to meet guests from all over Sweden and the rest of the world.
During the winter, your responsibilities will include:
- Guided snowmobile tours.
- Ski mountaineering.
- Cross-country skiing.
- Snowshoe hikes.
- Other winter activities.
We provide in-house training for our snowmobile guides and also offer the opportunity to earn BOHST certification.
During the summer, the work will include:
- Mountain Hiking.
- Kayak Tours.
- Fly fishing
- Mountain snorkeling.
- Guided tours for mountain biking and enduro cycling.
We are therefore looking for someone who:
- Has completed training as a mountain guide in accordance with the Mountain Guide Standard or equivalent training in nature, wilderness, or adventure tourism.
- Has a keen interest in outdoor activities and hospitality.
- Is reliable, responsible, and has a strong focus on safety.
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
- I am flexible and enjoy leading a variety of activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mountain Guide Standards.
- Experience as a snowmobile guide.
- Experience as a kayaking, biking, or hiking guide.
- Avalanche training, first aid, or other relevant certifications.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English.
