Work with us

Job vacancies

We are in a continued expansive stage with a need for both events and specialized adventure guides at all 4 destinations.
A basic rule is that we hold job interviews in the spring during March/April for the summer season that starts on April 1 or May 1.
For the winter season, most interviews are held in September/October.
But in principle, you can apply for our jobs all year round because we always need good people.

Stockholm

Adventure and activity guides in Stockholm:

We are looking for more people to join our dream team in Stockholm.

A general description for those applying to be a guide for Puls could be that you are from 21 years old and above.

You don’t need to be an expert, because what you need to know to do your job as a Pulse Guide is taught during a number of apprenticeship days.

Describing what the job entails is quite difficult as our range is very wide and varied.

But simply put, our mission is to implement and execute events and adventures of various nature.

One day you can be a tailguide on a kayak tour, the next day you are at a major event with 1000 participants or as a fair guide and the 3rd day you have a teambuilding activity with a bunch of happy participants somewhere in Stockholm and surroundings.

One thing is for sure, you will always have fun and deal with participants who want to be inspired.

No formal education is required for Event and Activity Guides, the important thing is that you are interested in people, positive and willing to learn.

If you apply as an adventure guide, we would like you to have some kind of formal training, such as wilderness guide with a mountain guide standard. Preferably with a specialty such as canoeing, climbing, cycling, etc.

Working hours are 8 hours a day.

The position involves travel in Stockholm and the surrounding area, so a driver’s license is a must. It may also involve work trips to Pulse’s other destinations in Åre, Funäsfjällen and Gothenburg, as well as events abroad.

Starting point/workplace: Stockholm/Bålsta

Winter period: 1/12 – 1/5 with possibility of extension.
