If you want to combine fun with benefits, this is the activity for you. Let's go for a run with the environment in mind. Along the running path we pick up all kinds of rubbish and debris, which we collect and weigh when we get back. The rubbish is taken by us to a recycling station and the participants get a nice feeling that they have actually contributed to a cleaner environment.
