Northern Lights tour – 2h

From December to February, we try to capture the magic of the Northern Lights.

Here we get on the snowmobiles and drive straight into the dark.

The goal is to get above the tree line to get a 360 degree field of view to see if we are lucky enough to see the Northern Lights in their full glory.

The Northern Lights are magical but certainly not a given, but we will do what we can to help you experience this magical natural phenomenon.

We travel through the snow-covered landscape and make our way to a mountain peak where we have the best chance of succeeding in our goal for the evening.

Along the way, the guide takes the opportunity to tell us about the Northern Lights and the culture surrounding it. Once in place, hopefully the show is in full swing above us.

The snowmobile guide starts with a safety briefing and shows how a snowmobile works. After a briefing and practice driving, we go up the mountain on a 2-hour trip.

Depending on the weather and wind, we decide which tour we take but mainly the tour goes in protected terrain before we reach the mountain peaks.

We meet at one of our 2 snowmobile centers at the appointed time.

Don't forget to bring a valid driver's license.

For adults: We will provide you with warm overalls, warm shoes and helmet. You bring warm gloves.

For children 8-12 years old: Put on warm clothes and shoes for a few hours on the snowmobile, such as ski clothes and alpine helmet, preferably dressed for an alpine ski day.
